NAIXUE’S TEA RELEASED 2021 FINANCIAL REPORT: ANNUAL REVENUE approach NEARLY 4.3 BILLION RMB with an INCREASE OF 40.5%

On the evening of March 29th, Naixue’s Tea, the first share of tea beverage, released its 2021 annual report. The annual report shows that Naixue’s total tea revenue in 2021 is 4.296 billion RMB, an increase of 40.5% from 3.057 billion RMB in 2020. Naixue’s tea online order revenue accounted for 71.8%.

The number of new stores was 326, and the operating profit of the stores continued to increase

Naixue’s tea adheres to the direct sales model, and the number of stores maintains a rapid growth. Until December 31st, 2021, Naixue’s Tea has opened 817 stores. It was stated in its annual report that it will continue to further increase market penetration in first-tier, new first-tier and key second-tier cities in order to cultivate and consolidate consumers’ tea consumption habits.

The annual report shows that the number of stores has accelerated and the operating profit of the stores has increased steadily. In 2021, the operating profit of Naixue’s tea stores reach 592 million RMB, an increase of about 68.4% compared with that in 2020. In 2021, the profit margin of Naixue’s tea stores is 14.5% with an increase of 2.3%.

The number of registered members exceeds 43 million, and the repurchase rate hits a new high

According to the annual report, until December 31st, 2021, the number of registered tea members of Naixue was about 43.3 million, an increase of 55% from 27.9 million in 2020. In addition, in the fourth quarter of 2021, the repurchase rate of Naixue members reached 35.3%, setting a new record for the brand.
