To brew jasmine tea, you can use gaiwan, a covered bowl.
Before brewing tea, pour the boiling water into the gaiwan, increase the temperature of tea bowl, and then pour out the water.
Put the tea into the gaiwan and put in a small amount of water, about 25% of the total amount of gaiwan, and cover the lid to make the tea spread in the water.
Continue to pour the water to 70% of the gaiwan.
Brewing tea, about 20 seconds.
Take the lid, smell and taste the tea or pour the tea liquid to the tea container.
