The General Management Department is responsible for daily administration and human resources management. Assist leaders to organize daily office work and related activities; supervise and inspect the implementation of work resolutions, tasks and important matters; be responsible for the collection, reporting of important work information, filing and management of various documents, agreements and summaries; be responsible for daily communication with higher authority, sending and receiving documents, and the management of seals and certificates; and be responsible for making (amending), supervising and implementing internal rules and regulations
