Top 10 New StyleTea Beverage Brands are to Jointly Plant Mangoes and Build Tea Gardens

On October 18, the launch ceremony for the New Style Tea Beverage Public Welfare Fund’s industrial assistance series projects was held in Beijing. In August 2023, the “New Tea Beverage Public Welfare Fund” was officially established by nine tea beverage brands—ChaPanda, Goodme, Mixue, Shuyi Plant Tea, Auntie Hu’s, Heytea, and so on —along with the China Foundation for Rural Development. In December of the same year, Tianlala joined the fund. It is anchored in three major public welfare directions: “assisting agriculture, supporting education, and disaster relief.” It focuses on rural revitalization and industrial assistance in underdeveloped areas, leveraging the new tea beverage industry chain to support upstream agriculture, while also paying attention to educational support and major disaster relief.

 This series will focus on the upstream components of tea beverages, namely “tea leaves” and “fruits,” and will launch industrial assistance projects centered around four industries: Sichuan Mengding green tea, Guizhou Meitan black tea, and Guangxi Tiandong mangoes. An empowerment action for rural craftsmen in tea-making skills is being carried out in major tea-growing provinces: Sichuan, Guizhou, Yunnan, and etc. A total of 20 million yuan is planned to be invested in this fund.

Industrial revitalization is the top priority of rural revitalization. The launch of the series projects provides solid support and important impetus for building a modern rural industry system, creating a complete agricultural industry chain, accelerating the modernization of agriculture and rural areas, and comprehensively promoting rural revitalization.
