Established in 1952, Guangdong Tea Imp. & Exp. Co., Ltd. (GDT for short) is of great prestige in China. As one of the China\u2019s top 100 tea corporations, its business focuses on export and domestic transaction of more than 1000 kinds of tea related products, including Pu’er tea, black tea, green tea, oolong tea, fruit flavoured tea, craft tea, teabags and other small packaged teas. Golden Sail Brand, founded in 1965, is a well-known trademark and export brand in Guangdong province. In Yunnan, Guangxi, Jiangxi, Fujian and other provinces, we set up tea production bases which accord with the regulations of European Union and Japan. Guangdong Tea Imp. & Exp. Co., Ltd. No.1 Tea Factory (formerly known as Guangdong Tea Import and Export Corporation Tea Processing Factory), established in 1954, is one of the earliest tea processing factories in southern China. It is a professional tea processing manufacturer directly under Guangdong Tea Imp. & Exp. Co., Ltd., integrating processing, packaging, commodity inspection, quarantine, warehousing and transportation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The factory is located in ChencunTown , Shunde District, Foshan City,Guangdong Province, with an area of 30,000 square meters and a construction area of nearly 20,000 square meters, featuring strong processing capacity and large scale.The factory owns more than 20 sets of world-class Italian IMAC21, C27,and C28 teabag machines, as well as over 10 sets of MAISA teabag machines. It also has domestic advanced teapots\u2019teabag machines, Pyramid teabag machines, and automatic weighing and packaging machinery. All tea raw materials are carefully selected through magnetic separation \u2192air separation \u2192 electrostatic separation \u2192advanced infrared color sorting machine separation \u2192 metal detection to ensure product quality.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The factory is committed to standardized operation management based on system management to ensure product quality. It has obtained ISO9001:2015 quality system certification and other certfications,including HACCP, Organic Tea Certificate, International Feature Standards (IFS), and Kosher. It also has a QA department with advanced equipment and strong technical strength to meet the testing requirements for various regular projects of tea as well as biochemical, physical, and microbiological projects.
