CHALI, as the only brand with strategic cooperation, jointly released China&#8217;s first black tea flavor wheel based on the consumer perspective with China National Geographic\u00b7Local Style.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"676\" height=\"734\" src=\"https:\/\/en.ctma.com.cn\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/01\/11.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-2973\" srcset=\"https:\/\/en.ctma.com.cn\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/01\/11.jpg 676w, https:\/\/en.ctma.com.cn\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/01\/11-276x300.jpg 276w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 676px) 100vw, 676px\" \/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;Authentic Chinese Tea and Black Tea Flavor Wheel&#8221; is guided by China Tea Marketing Association as the industry strategic guidance organization.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Through sensory quantitative analysis, physical and chemical research demonstration, the Black Tea flavor Wheel standardized descriptions of 73 common flavors of Chinese black tea, presented in the form of information visualization wheel chart, to create an authoritative, scientific, easy-to-use, and youthful Chinese tea flavor appreciation guide, aiming at standardizing the language system of black tea and bridging the communication barriers between young consumers and the tea industry. To help everyone who wants to get close to tea simply and conveniently enjoy the beauty of a black tea flavor, it also promotes Chinese tea to a broader international perspective.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In\norder to ensure the authority and science of the flavor wheel, the construction\nof the &#8220;Authentic Black Tea Flavor Wheel&#8221; was supported by the China\nTea Marketing Association to support the collection and evaluation of tea\nsamples: 20 domestic tea industry evaluation experts selected 213\nrepresentative tea samples from 765 types of black tea in 19 provinces and\ncities for the flavor wheel. Subsequently, sensory analysis was conducted, and\nfinally identified 73 flavors that were strongly and frequently present in\nblack tea in a quantitative way, and analyzed 40 flavors that were important\ncontributors through professional and rigorous physical and chemical\nexperiments and data statistics.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Recently, the national conference of &#8220;Authentic Chinese Tea and Black Tea Flavor Wheel&#8221; was officially held.
