On the morning of November 22nd, the Central Asia special train loaded with 1300 tons of Sichuan tea (worth $4.1 million) departed from Chengdu to Tashkent, Uzbekistan. It is reported that this is the second special train for Sichuan tea exporting to Central Asia this year.
The 1300 tons of Sichuan tea carried by the special train are all produced in Leshan. 15 cabinets with 360 tons of Maofeng tea are exported to Central Asia for the first time, which is also a zero breakthrough in the export of Sichuan famous and high-quality Maofeng tea products to the Central Asian market. It is understood that the first train of Sichuan tea exported to Central Asia opened on April 9 this year. 1250 tons of Jiajiang tea have been sold to all parts of Central Asia after arriving in Tashkent, Uzbekistan.
